Jill Kershaw is a leading radio and voicecasting specialist with nearly 20 years experience directing and producing audio content for global advertising campaigns. After leaving Crispin Porter + Bogusky as the Director of Radio Production in 2009, she founded Sound and Fury as a way to unite her passion for storytelling, her keen ear for what resonates with consumers, and her ability to shape the success of a brand through the medium of sound. As a creative, she is inspired by the intersection of culture and ideation, and fueled by the belief that brands have the power to move us toward our better selves and the greater good. In addition to leading voiceover workshops and serving as a panelist for the Radio Advertising Bureau, Jill has been a jury member for many prominent award shows including Cannes Festival of Creativity, Clio Awards, London International Awards, One Show, Clear Channel Excellence in Advertising Awards, and Radio Mercury Awards. Outside of the recording studio, she is a certified yoga and meditation instructor who devotes much of her time to non-profit organizations by developing volunteer opportunities for advertising and entertainment professionals.

Carli Silver joined Sound and Fury after several years as a commercial voiceover agent at one of New York and Los Angeles' premiere talent agencies. Her experience finding and nurturing voice talent for commercials, animation and promos brings a uniquely qualified ear to our team. Not only does she know a great voice when she hears one, she’s developed the expertise to direct the best performance possible. As a frequent guest director and voiceover coach in both NY and LA, she continues to cultivate voice over careers for some of the most established talent on both coasts. Her in-depth knowledge of SAG-AFTRA contracting and tenacious attention to detail ensures all projects are executed flawlessly for our clients. Carli has a BFA from Syracuse University. She loves her work, her husband, and her sons Landon and Wes. She also loves a nice glass of Rosé and meeting new people - if possible, everything at the same time.
Tina Morasco brings a unique blend of industry and artistry to the Sound and Fury team, having been a voiceover agent at two of NY’s premiere talent agencies as well as a successful VO artist for the past 20 years. Tina is passionate about sharing her experience from both sides of the business in order to build a bridge that connects the actor's unique perspective to the tangible needs and desires of the client. She has a proven track record of discovering eclectic new talent and mentoring them into working VO pros. Tina earned her MFA in Acting from the prestigious Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. In 2013, she also received a second Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. While she has a deep connection to things of a spiritual nature, the words that still bring her the most joy are, “would you like extra sprinkles on that?” She is the proud mom of a perfectly snarky 14-year-old daughter and therefore speaks fluent sarcasm.
Marissa Holmes grew up behind the mic, booking her first voiceover gig at the age of 6. She’s been heard in hundreds of radio and TV commercials over the years, along with several cartoons and video games. In 2010, Marissa moved to the other side of the glass and began developing new talent as a voiceover coach, demo producer and casting director. Marissa’s lifelong background in the voice arts brings an unparalleled knowledge of acting techniques and agency trends to Sound and Fury. When she’s not working, Marissa can be found hiking epic trails like the Northern Ireland coastline or watching her beloved Chicago Cubs win World Championships.

Salomon Resler is a multi-cultural creative director with 17 years of experience delivering insight-driven content to audiences in the United States and Latin America. Starting his career at Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, he worked on worldwide accounts like Pillsbury, P&G and BellSouth. In the United States, he has participated in digital and broadcast campaigns for clients such as Wells Fargo, Verizon Wireless, Mitsubishi Motors, Time Warner Cable, DirecTV, Corona, Jim Beam, Holiday Inn, California Tobacco Control Program, AAA, Daisy and many more. As creative director, he has played a key role integrating cross-cultural ideas in partnership with top agencies such as BBDOSF, Duncan/Channon, MRM McCann, DDB, Common, M&L Partners, Goodness Mfg and more.
